We will conduct a site inspection of your current energy and water usage in terms of cost, consumption and trends over time that indicate leakages and problems with the infrastructure of your building(s). We will evaluate the status of your building(s) and their potential to retrofit. CO2 Calculation

For those who are particularly interested in reducing or offsetting their CO2 footprint, EarthSTEPS has a program for calculating your current CO2 production level and giving you some choices for offsetting that production through participation in programs that benefit Florida and its natural lands.

Portfolio of Recommendations

Based on a thorough evaluation of your building, consumption and employee’s /resident’s practices on site, we will provide you with a prioritized action plan to reduce the consumption of energy and water. The portfolio will include direct costs, a list of service providers, and a cost benefit analysis.

Dedication to Success

The EarthSTEPS team will assist you in completing the applications for tax credits and rebates when available as well as working with the contractors and subcontractors to ensure your project’s completion and timeliness. Additionally, we will compute the projected energy savings to you if the plan is initiated and completed. We will reevaluate the building(s) after one year to ensure the installations are operating as efficiently as expected.
