a flexible Lean manufacturing CIM/MES system at an automotive site for USAF-F22. Integrating the MES system between two geographically distributed manufacturing sites and integrating them with an engineering PDM and two separate ERP systems SAP and JIT. The project won 1998 TRW Tim Hannemann quality award for significant process improvement of the year
- System Architect – WRALC for a Lean Sustainment Integration and (Advance Overhaul & Repair Capabilities for Aging Subsystems (AORCAS) Projects.

- Responsible for the development, deployment and operation of a highly automated circuit card line with 70 stations using CELLMANII. It was tightly integrated with a VAX/ORACLE
based Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Engineering PDM, and Corporate ERP
system. The project won the "Manufacturing Excellence Award of 1991".
Project lead for Paperless Graphical Work Instruction System, Electronic Quality Management System, On-line Documentation System, ERP migration and Integration, ORACLE upgrade and various other plant wide projects.
- Responsible for the development and the implementation, of a highly integrated CIM / MES system for a circuit card manufacturing line.
